Immigration Service Fees (Regulation No. 550/2024)

Regulation No. 550/2024 (Fee Rates Payable for Services Provided by the Immigration and Nationality Service – Council of Ministers Regulation) introduces several changes to the fees charged for immigration services. For instance, the service fee for issuance of a one‑month single‑entry private work visa has increased from USD 200 to USD 400, while the fee for a three‑month multiple‑entry private work visa has increased from USD 300 to USD 1,000. Similarly, the fee for extension of a one‑month single‑entry private work visa is now USD 500, and the fee for extension of a three‑month multiple‑entry private work visa is USD 1,500.

Furthermore, the fee for issuance or renewal of a one‑year dependents’ residence permit (not for work) is USD 150, with the option of obtaining issuance or renewal within two days for USD 1,000. The fee for issuance or renewal of an expat worker residence permit is USD 1,500, or USD 3,000 for expedited two‑day processing.
