Dr. Biruk is a Legal Director of Intellectual Property and Technology practice section at MLA. He specializes in Intellectual Property Law and private/commercial law. Besides, he serves as an assistant professor at Addis Ababa University, School of law with over two decades of experience in teaching law and legal research. He is also licensed law practitioner at federal courts
