Borga Delessa is an Associate at MLA’s Corporate Practice Group. Before joining MLA, he used to work in the Ethiopian Investment Holdings (“EIH”) as a junior legal counsel. At EIH, Borga mainly was involved on facilitating joint venture investment transactions between EIH and private investors and advising the subsidiary state-owned enterprises on various corporate governance issues. During law school, he was a Board Member of the Addis Ababa University Student Law Review. Borga was also a member and team captain of the Addis Ababa University team which participated in the 30th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria.
