Meklit Gelalcha is a Trainee Associate at MLA with a demonstrated record of academic excellence and practical experience that solidified her professional foundation. Before joining MLA, Meklit completed two internships with the firm, where she gained an in depth understanding of MLA’s practice and operations while working closely with the team of highly qualified lawyers. She also gained valuable experience through internships at Ethiopian Women Lawyers Association and Ethiopian Human Rights Council. During her time at university, she was actively engaged in extracurricular initiatives, including voluntary activities and moot court competitions. She is currently engaged across various practice groups at MLA and has developed a keen interest in Corporate and Tax practice groups.
